Hotel was way overpriced; not luxory by any means.

The staff spoke excellent English and were helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple but good.

The off-season price was too high for the quality of the room.

The stuff are not well trained. The guy who picked us up at the airport did not know the difference between arrival and departure so we ended up waiting for over 40 min coz he could not find us. The manager of the hotel never smiles nor greets guests. The night shift guy who promised room service for breakfast at 830 am forgot to tell the guy for the morning shift. So we ended up calling them to remind them and ate after 9 am. The single bed is titled on my side coz the cushion is already broken. The cleaners will not give us an extra pair of slippers even when I told them there is only 1 pair in my double bedroom.

The transportation from/to airport was good and the location is near the beach. The staff was friendly.

The room was small, worn and a bit dirty, not at all like in the picture. The breakfast was included only for two although we were in a suite for max 4 person.

Was in transit and had to stay one night. Staff was friendly. A shuttle to/from airport was very convenient. Hotel area was not what was expected. Area seemed more budget, but was close to the beach. Nice small area for food, but no real shopping. Typical beach hotel and would stay again if in transit or to visit beach for a day or two. Good to get away from the big city and to just kickback and relax.

Stayed for 2 nights, got breakfast only first morning, the second morning I had to urge for breakfast, finally I got it (I didn´t expect I have to fight for breakfast, if it is included!!!),I didn´t get shuttle, because I made a reservation at the airport and they were not able to arrange it, such a big problem for the hotel, which is near the airport, no cleaning during my stay, room not very nice,overrated

1) Offer free shuttle service to icn airport and waiting peroid is very short. 2) Front desk service, show me to my room service was excellent. 3) Close to the beach and other sites so I could go for walks and see many things. 4) Breakfast was great, eggs, ham, toast, potatoes, and juice and it was brought to my room. This was a very nice touch. Most hotels in this price range have no breakfast and if they do it is usually very small buffet. 50 large TV and internet access.

The room was a little small but for one person it was fine. The cleanliness made up for the size. There was no soap or shampoo in my room. I packed some so I was OK though.

the staffs were very helpful!!! the airport pick up/ drop off service was very handy, location is cool, although its 15 mins from the airport, but there is a beach and a lot of restaurants close by, give it a little holiday experience instead of a boring transit. oh, we had a huge bathtub too!

mayb the rooms need a little refreshing.

For the price that I paid it was reasonable. The room that I got was so small mo space to move around. The mattress is a little hard and the beddings are outdated. It is okay for a quick rest or overnight use. But this is the only hotel which offers free breakfast and I say that it's a plus.

The only Thing that is positive to me is the airport Shuttle Bus they've offered free of Charge. The Hotel is located near the Beach.

The Staff couldnt speak english and the booked Room ( Deluxe Twin bed Room) didnt match the Pictures posted in the Net.
